Carmen began her professional career at the CDTI, and later joined FIAB where she headed the Sustainability and Competitiveness department. During her time at FIAB she played a key role in the definition and implementation of the Packaging EPR in Spain, which led her to join Ecoembes where she was Director of Institutional Relations for more than 15 years.
She later joined Reclay group as General Manager for Iberia where she has developed numerous strategic consultancy projects for companies and sectorial associations in the field of EPR.

Raffael A. Fruscio is General Manager of the RAAN Group. In 2002 he founded Reclay, an international service provider in the fields of environmental management and waste recycling. Against the backdrop of changes to the German Packaging Ordinance, the dissolution of the Green Dot monopoly and the emergence of the dual systems market in Germany, he and his team of industry experts have developed an increasingly comprehensive and sustainable range of services under the umbrella of the RAAN Group.

Today, Reclay is part of the RAAN Group together with sister companies such as the management consulting firm RecycleMe. At the head of the group, which is active on an international scale, Fruscio is responsible for strategic orientation, developing new business fields and leading management.

Gülcan has a long career in sales and business development departments in multinational companies in different European countries and in the USA. She has been with Reclay group for more than 14 years where he has held various positions in the client and operations areas, so she has a deep knowledge of the application of EPR in the European countries where Reclay operates. She is currently Business Development Director for Iberia at Reclay group.

Esther has more than 25 years of experience in the world of packaging. She started in the R&D departments doing product design in companies such as The Earthgrains company (USA), Bimbo and Cuétara. She later joined Ecoembes through different areas of responsibility, including the development of eco-design services. During his most recent tenure, she was manager of the corporate department and of the regulatory and European affairs department.

She joined the Beverage Carton Alliance (TetraPak, SIG and Elopak) to set up the industry association for the sector in Spain and Portugal. She has now joined the Reclay Iberia team for the development of Procircular.

More than 20 years of experience in the environmental sector, especially focused on sustainability and packaging waste in companies such as Alcoa or Ecoembes. During his more than 13 years in the consulting industry, he has developed numerous projects in the field of Extended Producer Responsibility at national and international level, providing creative and solid solutions for, among others, Reclay’s clients.

Pedro Muñoz has more than 25 years of experience in consulting and project management in different industries, including public administration, multinational companies and start-ups.
He has also been a partner in an online game development company and an e-commerce company.
He has been working for Reclay Group since 2015 and his career has always been linked to the implementation of technological solutions for clients: RAP applications and services, e-commerce solutions etc.

Lukas has more than 5 years of work experience in the field of circular waste management and recycling, with in-depth knowledge of operations in Spain and Germany. He operates as an interface in Reclay Iberia with the German parent company and its various European subsidiaries to always be one step ahead in the circular economy and sustainable resource management.

Lucila Feit is an entrepreneur with more than 8 years of professional experience in the commercial field. Passionate about business development, sustainability and circular economy, Lucila has generated a great vocation for this field, always seeking to generate a positive impact on the environment.

Originally from Argentina, Lucila has been living in Madrid for 2 years. In 2023, she completed an MBA at IE Business School, this experience has provided him with the necessary tools and knowledge to take her career to the next level and contribute to the development of sustainable and innovative businesses.

Ivonne Londoño has more than 10 years of experience in the commercial and account management area. She has developed her career in diverse professional environments with a focus on sustainability and providing effective and innovative solutions that drive business growth.

She has consolidated his training in marketing and business development, starting her career in Colombia and expanding her knowledge in Spain, where she has lived for eight years. During this time, she has focused her career on the circular economy and regulatory compliance.

In Spain, she has collaborated in the implementation of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), providing guidance to foreign companies to ensure their compliance with the regulations. Through her work in an Authorized Representative, she has managed registration with the authorities, supervised waste management reports and facilitated communication with the Spanish administration, ensuring companies’ regulatory compliance.

Currently, she is part of the Procircular team, where she continues to work closely with companies, supporting them in the correct application of the RAP regulations in Spain.

Antonio has a degree in Environmental Sciences.

Raquel holds a degree in Business Administration and Management with a postgraduate degree in Financial Auditing.

Her professional experience has focused on both auditing and consulting, developing qualities of data analysis, margins and understanding of companies’ internal processes and information systems.

Nuria is a Telecommunications and Computer Systems Technician and a Technician in Interpretation and Environmental Education

Her professional experience is developed in the participation in Urban Solid Waste Management projects, both in the field of data analysis and management as well as in the dynamization of agro-ecological initiatives and citizen participation projects.

Jackie has a degree in Chemical Sciences, specialized in Environment, with a postgraduate degree in Integrated Quality Management, Environment and Occupational Risk Prevention.

Her work experience of more than 15 years has always been linked to Sustainability and Waste Management, working as an Environmental Technician in different areas: consultancy, local administration, manager and treatment plants of WEEEs and Collective System of ERPs.

She has a degree in Law and has an extensive professional career linked to the world of Collective Extended Producer Responsibility Systems (EPR), providing deep knowledge in the field of packaging waste regulations.

He started in Andersen Consulting, and most of his professional career was developed in ECOEMBES, participating in different areas of responsibility, coordinating services to clients, outsourcing projects, launching new projects in the area of revenue and cost control.

It is worth mentioning his strong results-oriented approach in his functions as Key Account Manager, which for 15 years helped him to strengthen strategic alliances with member companies, thanks to his excellent relational skills.

Francisco Callao has more than 20 years of experience in the environmental sector as a consultant and professional specialized in circular economy, recovery procedures, recycling and waste valuation.

He has collaborated with several SCRAPs in Spain. For more than 10 years he worked at Ecovidrio as manager of Aragón and the Valencian Community. As an external consultant, he has carried out projects for Ecoembes, Ecolec and for organizations such as, for example, the Valencian Community.

Internationally, Francisco has outstanding experience in the development and implementation of environmental policies in Latin American countries such as Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay and Paraguay.

Francisco has an extensive academic background in the field of Engineering, as well as an Executive MBA at CESTE.

Fatima has extensive professional experience in waste management and extended producer responsibility. She currently works as operations manager at Procircular, where she leads projects related to the implementation of sustainable strategies, process optimisation and implementation of responsibility.

His passion for the environment and technology has allowed him to participate in national and international public-private collaboration projects, focused on innovative objectives and solutions that contribute to the corporate sustainability strategy in the fields of circular economy and Industry 4.0.

She holds a degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Cordoba, where she also completed her training as a researcher in the area of Chemical Engineering. In addition, she has postgraduate studies in Industrial Design and Product Development from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED). It should also be noted that her commitment to the implementation of responsible business practices has led her to complete studies in impact economics, ESG and sustainability.

With more than 20 years of experience in the financial area, José María is specialised in the coordination of economic processes, management and payment and budgetary control in sectors such as the environmental, technology and services sectors.

For 19 years he has worked at Ecoembes in different positions, most notably as coordinator of the Expense Management Area, supervising payments to public administrations, out-of-home collections and recyclers. In addition, he has led internal and subcontracted teams, being responsible for aspects such as the study and application of agreements, the transposition of regulations to the different processes of the company, the management of structural expenses, treasury support, the coordination of audits and collaboration with the Technology Area in developments to improve the Financial Management.

In his professional career he has also worked in financial analysis, risk control, public tenders and financial and insurance consultancy from the positions of Credit Manager, Financial Controller and Business Manager.

José María holds a degree in Economics, a Master’s degree in Project Management from IMF and a Master’s degree in Project Management and Leadership from the University of Deusto.
