NEXT STEPS

Once you have completed the contract you will have to send us the following information depending on: If the year 2024 is marked for the start of the adhesion of household packaging:

• If the company has recently started its activity as a producer and is making the declaration for the first time, it must submit a declaration^* for the packagings placed on the market in the year 2024 (Provisional Declaration 2024).
• If they already come from another PRO and submitted a declaration, only a copy of the last declaration already submitted.

If you have selected the year 2025 for the start of your adhesion of household, commercial and/or industrial packaging, you must provide us with the best estimate/forecast^* of packaging marketed in the last year, sending the latest information “Packaging Data” that you have uploaded to the packaging section of the Register of Producers of the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge or in the Excel file of the Procircular Declaration, in no case will any payment be made until the year 2025. Once this information has been completed, it must be sent to declaraciones@procircular.es.
