Domestic packaging
For household and some commercial packaging, management will be through the municipalities. To this end, we will reach agreements with public administrations with the aim of financing and/or organising the collection, sorting and recycling of this waste by means of street containers, packaging sorting plants and other mechanisms to be agreed in collaboration agreements.
Commercial and industrial packaging
In the case of privately managed commercial and industrial packaging, Procircular will reach agreements with the final holders of this waste to finance and/or organise its collection and treatment in accordance with the requirements established by packaging and waste legislation.
